I live right near Perennial--that will last only until the "cool" people find a hotter place. If you want an "essential" restaurant in our neighborhood, its Topo Gigio. About Iberico--A great business, very reasonable and fun, very attractive crowd, but your comment about the "best sangria" in the city is way off base. They make it downstairs in big barrels and unfortunately they do not have Jesus Christ to change water into wine. Get your sangria at smaller places. Re: Lincoln Park/Old Town restaurants.
