Liquid Education on Thirsty Thursdays: Sours

It started when bar manager Archie Powell opined that a “good way to commit cocktail recipes to memory is to recognize the basic builds of the classics and then see how they’re repeated throughout other recipes in the cocktail lexicon.” It ends on April 11, with a last class devoted to the gimlet, daiquiris and pisco.
