James Beard Foundation’s Taste America
Enjoy a sumptuous five-course benefit dinner cooked by James Beard nominees including Gale Gand, Tony Mantuano and Chris Pandel, followed by free culinary demos and cookbook signings the next day with Richard Blais and Paul Kahan. Chicago Gourmet and Hamburger Hop
